Service your watch with Horotrove
Independent watchmaking, done properly. Our bench handles servicing, restoration and refinishing for modern and vintage pieces, with direct contact between you and the watchmaker working on your watch.
Premium watch servicing
The same bench that inspects every piece we list is the one that services yours.
Our watchmakers work to WOSTEP-standard technique on everything from a three-hander to a perpetual calendar. Most jobs leave the bench in three to seven weeks.
You deal with the person doing the work, not a ticket number. Photographs and findings are sent as the job progresses, and nothing is replaced without your word.
Refinishing, movement servicing, restoration, water-resistance testing and cleaning. If a part has to be made by hand, we make it.
Expert watch care
From a light clean to a full restoration, each job is quoted individually after the watch has been seen on the bench.
Polishing and refinishing that respects the original lines and bevels of the case. We can also fit a protective film on most sports models.
Full strip-down, cleaning, lubrication and regulation in five positions, with a timing report. Recommended every three to five years.
Repair or replacement of broken and defective parts, from a cracked crystal to a seized movement. Components are fabricated by hand where no part is available.
Dry and wet testing to the rated depth. If a gasket has gone, we tell you before it becomes an expensive problem.
Ultrasonic bath and steam to lift the grime that collects in a bracelet and around the lugs. Gentle enough for vintage cases.
